We started as a small slaughter plant for poultry and rabbit, catering to local community grocery stores and restaurants. Through the years the company has evolved to a customized further processor, specializing in all cuts of fresh poultry, fresh and frozen turkey products selling to grocers, restaurants, caterers, institutions and other distributors. We contract farms to grow poultry that is antibiotic free, hormone free, cage free, vegetable fed and all natural. We then receive the poultry within 18 hours of being killed and dressed to process orders for our customers.
